5. Fees and Payment

Catrina Hiring charges NO fee for its recruitment services. The fee structure will be communicated to the Client in advance. Payment terms are specified in the invoice, and failure to comply may result in the suspension of services.

6. Candidate Selection

The Client retains the sole responsibility for the final selection of candidates. Catrina Hiring endeavors to present qualified and suitable candidates, but the ultimate decision rests with the Client.

7. Confidentiality

Catrina Hiring agrees to treat all information provided by the Client as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Compliance with Laws

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, discrimination, and data protection.

10. Disclaimer

Catrina Hiring makes no guarantees regarding the success of the recruitment process, the suitability of candidates, or the longevity of their employment. We strive to provide quality services, but outcomes may vary.

Catrina Hiring reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
